DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! At ValhallaForged, we take pride in delivering our products worldwide. We collaborate with trusted suppliers, warehouses, and shipping services to ensure fast and reliable delivery to nearly every country. Shipping times vary depending on the product and its warehouse location.
BILLING:
Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card. All transactions are processed through a secure checkout system. We do not accept money orders, checks, COD, or cash payments. Your charge will appear as ValhallaForged on your statement.
IS PURCHASING SAFE?
Absolutely! Your security is our priority. Our store is SSL & AES-256 Bit encrypted, ensuring your payment details remain private and protected. We do not share your information with third parties.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE? WHERE THEY SHIPPED FROM?
Our products are designed with a Viking spirit, crafted for warriors and adventurers alike. While many of our products are designed in Europe, we also work with logistics warehouses worldwide to keep shipping costs reasonable. Majority of our items ship from our internal warehouse in Dallas, USA. Although due to high demand, some products are shipped from our logistics center in Shanghai.
You can rest assured that we deal with partners that carefully inspect each product.
Multiple orders: Due to the varying production times of some products, we occasionally ship each parcel separately once it is ready to ship. Items may be delivered in separate packages so it is totally normal if you received one item but not the other. Do not worry, the other items are on the way.
HOW CAN I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
We usually provide our customers tracking numbers through email within 6 days; and can be internally tracked here. If you haven't received your tracking number, please contact us here.
Note: The tracking number is normally updated between 5-7 business days. Please do not be concerned if your tracking number does not get any updates, since some of our items are sent overseas and scanned only when they reach the customer's destination country.
If the number says that you have received the order but you have not, it is most likely with your postal service. Please consult them and revert back to us if there are any further issues. You can get in contact with us here.
I SEE I USED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I STILL CHANGE THIS?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this on our back-end system. Please mail us the correct address and your order number to info@valhallaforgedstore.com and we will take care of it. Once the order is shipped out, it is out of our hands. In this case, you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. Our standard estimates:
USA: 15-21 business days.
Canada, Europe: 15-25 business days.
South America, Rest of the world: 15-39 business days.
(These estimates do not include processing time, which varies per product.)
REASONS FOR DELAYS IN DELIVERY - EXCEPTIONAL CASES
While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays can happen due to:

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
Check any external mailboxes or package lockers.
Contact your local post office and provide your tracking number.
If your package is still missing, email us at info@valhallaforgedstore.com with your order number.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact us at info@valhallaforgedstore.com with your order number in the subject field.
CAN I CANCEL/MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?
You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed. Since we fulfill orders quickly, we cannot always guarantee changes. Contact our support team ASAP at info@valhallaforgedstore.com with your request.
